The best meal of my entire stay was nopales con trucha. The trout fillet was garlicky and sandwiched between two sauteed prickly pear paddles.
I regret not buying a salsa pot!
One of my favorite things about Malinalco was the pack of pueblo pups roaming around the streets.
Honey suckle also seemed to be growing out of every crevice.
